In support of their forthcoming album 'For Melancholy Brunettes (& Sad Women)', Japanese Breakfast will be heading out on a huge US tour! With promises of new music, as well as a back catalogue of hit tracks such as 'Road Head' and 'Be Sweet', this tour is shaping up to be a must-see!
Originally a solo project, Japanese Breakfast was founded in Philadelphia in 2013, starting off as an outlet for Michelle Zauner's grief around the illness and death of her mother. Zauner has previously said that the name originates from seeing a GIF of Japanese Breakfast, you could almost say it gives you a taste of the band and their music! Now a five-piece act, their music has something for everyone, exploring the realms from soft upbeat indie pop to dark and broody heartbreak. Catch one of the world's most exciting indie bands live!
